Sardinia July 2023

The Sardinia camps will run between July 8th and July 29th. It will be possible to attend for a week or longer. A weeks program will start and finish on a Saturday. With Saturday as arrival day to settle in.
The following Saturday will have a morning training followed by breakfast.

Program
The daily program will differ slightly from the camps in Zahora. Main part of the training will take place early morning. There will be a long break after breakfast and then program again late afternoon/evening. The sea is expected to be a component of several trainings.
Hikes and excursions will also be part of the program during the week. Wednesday will
serve as a restutution day with restorative components and extended time for relaxing.

Accommodation and location
The camp will take place on the east coast of Sardinia and can be reached from Olbia or Cagliari airport.
Accommodation will be in a villa in a quiet location below the mountains and 800m from the sea. Option for staying in a single room or shared room
